Lap Desk with Light and Drink Holder

As a college strudent, I have limited space in my apartment. This desk does the trick. The only thing I don't like is that the bottom isn't as soft as expected, and it is indented to fit your legs. As a result, it works great and it is extremely comfortable when your feet are on he ground, but it doesn't work well if you want to cross your legs and use the desk.

I like the concept. My laptop is the same size as the board making it a bit harder to use and my laptop is only a 15.6 inch. I like that it's soft but sometimes you have to adjust it after a while. Otherwise good product!

When I don’t want sit at my table and work on my laptop, I’ll slide on over to my bed. That’ll work for awhile, but I can never get the positioning right. I have to scrunch my knees up to much to get the keys angled. I’ll try to use a pillow but that will ll cover the laptop's fans and create more of a problem.
I ordered MyPlace Cozy from AsSeenOnTVGuys.com. It’s from the makers of MyPlace Workstation. As seen on TV, it's a portable laptop table you can use in multiple seating positions. The best feature of all is that there’s a “cozy†cushion underneath the desktop surface which allows the user to have a flat, sturdy surface on top yet have a soft, comfortable cushion underneath. I’ve tried something similar buy using a pillow and a cutting board, but the cutting board always slides around. With the MyPlace Cozy, having the cushion attached to flat surface makes it easier to find a sweetspot to work in comfort.
Not only that, but MyPlace Cozy also comes with a flexible LED light that attached to the back corner of the table. This gives the user a small, concentrated light so you can work and not disturb your partner with a glare. I would recommend it to anyone.
