Overall I am pleased with the iron. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't get hot enough. I am having a very hard time finding an iron that truly takes the wrinkles out.. It does get hotter than most other irons I have bought. My package arrived expiditiously and in good shape. I would recommend this iron to a friend. Good buy.

Searching for an iron that takes out tough creases? here is the perfect iron the first time i used it i thought its a ju nk because it was so lightweight but after using for a few minutes i realized how good t is (i was used to my old heavy iron) it has a big water tank so you dont have to refill with water so often. it also has a very easy and comftorable grip for the hands which makes it much easier to hold it gives your cloth a nice crisp look like the dry clean store ,saves you alot of mo ney and time pays to invest in such an item , not expensive i did tell all my roomates about it and some of them even got it and they are just as happy as i am im even plan on buying it for my parents for a present im sure they will be happy.
